Mounted on a huge Die-cast aluminium chassis, we believe we have created in Audiophile, a world-beating subwoofer.

The cone material is made from a composite of pulp, Nomex and glass fibre providing the three must haves of Subwoofer cone design: stiffness, lightweight construction and self-damping. Why? Because optimising these parameters allows us to provide great bass with fewer watts.

The Voice coil is wound on a Kapton & Fibreglass composite former and a large aluminium "plug" serves as a heat sink for the coil thus reducing power compression.

As expected from a premium quality subwoofer, the distortion levels are very low contributing to clean, tight, uncoloured bass

These subs are optimised for small enclosures yet still deliver class leading sensitivity, speed and extension.
