PIONEER AVG-VDP1

Tuning fans will be first in line for Pioneer's latest addition to the world of in-car entertainment, the AVG-VDP1. This Vehicle Dynamics Processor is based on navigation technology, and aimed at tuning enthusiasts ready for a GPS-like experience. It is compatible with all Pioneer touch-panel-operated AV products, including the AVH-P7500DVDII, AVH-P5700DVD, AVD-W6210, and AVX-7600. You can choose from several display modes, such as Analogue, Digital, Cyber, Virtual, or Vehicle Status, to show vital vehicle statistics, including voltage, speed, RPM, lateral G force, slope angle, direction, latitude and longitude, mileage, altitude, clock, audio level meter, horsepower, and torque. In Replay mode, the AVG-VDP1 records and plays back particular dynamic readings, which means it remembers personal records as well. Other convenient features include auto calibration, memory point storage and destination input based on latitude and longitude positioning or via a saved memory point. This unit replaces the AVIC-800DVD navigation unit for consumers who are not interested in navigation. The AVG-VDP1 cannot be used in combination with a Pioneer navigation system.
